I was originally impressed with the Workflow Manager's richness and versatility when my company purchased it several years ago. Since then, I have become a real fan of the software, specifically with its scalability and ease of use. As a developer it becomes incredibly simple to provide workflow solutions for customers. Since the workflow is administered on the client side with an easy to follow format, it reduces development time when users want to change workflow processes. Adding Workflow Manager to an existing application is very simple through use of a program which adds all the design elements. This makes it easy to scale to all of your existing or new projects.
Most importantly, the people behind the solution, Ionet Software, have some great folks working for them that can support you around the world. They have always answered my every question in a timely and professional manner. Their customer service earned them at least one star in this rating and it's well deserved.

We were asked to develop an application for a customer who already was using the Workflow Manager functionality. The examples provided in the sample database were very helpfull with understanding how the functionality worked & the support from IONET Software was very good. They were very timely in answering all of my questions.

We initially purchased Workflow Manager to allow our non-Developers to administer/configure/modify the workflow for our workflow/approval databases and it did this very well. To our delight we discovered that it also allowed us to have a central control database, that gave us even more management capabilities, especially the ability to do central delegation. This allows us to delegate the approval authority, for all workflow/approval databases, when our managers/supervisors are on leave, to another authorised person, in one place. Again, as with the other IONetSoftware, the service and support we received, was second to none.
