				Finally a great program dealing with industry specific needs Bravo BVO Jayne Ninham ( Hilton Plumbing ) We have recently purchased VirtualOfficeWare Service Industries System and can see where it will not only make our lives easier in job scheduling, but will also enable quotations to be provided for standard products and services by Office personnel who are not qualified plumbers. The ability of the Service Industries System will also dramatically ease the workload on our Commercial division by enable the speedy production of estimates from pre-defined packages and components into the various stages of the project.
				Good product with seemingly unlimited options Aaron Evans ( CDA Construction Products ) We have used Virtual Office for over 2 years as a task manager for company actions. A couple of features we find useful are notification emails every time a task is updated. Groups can be assigned to the task. Tasks are assigned due date, a priority level and a person responsible can be added to track the task. An administrator or confident computer user will be able to customize the product to your company needs. Reporting can be done easily with multiple views. If you want a report with something a little bit more to your liking Brookstone will be able to customize it for you. We are now in the process of using the program for what it was designed. A Customer Relationship Manager. In the near future we will also be using the product as a Supplier Relationship Manager. With the three different functions that will be integrated it is going to be a powerful product. One more thing to worth mentioning is that it integrates well with lotus. If you create meetings in Virtual office it will appear in the user’s calendar. Support from the company has been good and they endeavour to get the job fixed even if they have to work in the late hours of the night. We have only just got involved with the CRM but we have been shown a few things that will change the way our company operates and increase its efficiency.
