I have used this application in my previous work where we had few resources in the IT department.
Because few resources we needed a tool for supporting users more effectively and
without too much extra time.
Here was i-Support a good choice and perfect fit.
The idea with: the user mail in, the mail here after created as a task, the user is automatically updated and informed along the way by a link to the task at the local intranet, fitted well.
Good opportunities for lot of statistics of most active users, problems, etc. for better planning in the IT department.
For the IT Supporter himself, was the integration with Notes mail and tasks, one important and useful thing in a busy work life.
