Our company ACCURO hosts analytical SaaS applications for automotive and motorcycle manufacturers. With the change of the millennium, 11 years ago now, we asked Prominic to migrate us away from another Lotus Domino hosting company, in no time they had us switched over, at that time to a shared server. As our business grew we moved to a dedicated server in 2005 again without hassle, a bit like changing your TV set.
Today, being at another milestone in the history of our company, we have just completed migration to a new Domino server with SAN storage, there wasn't even the slightest hiccup, our processes kept running and our customers remained connected.
To put this in context our company is located in Belgium about 7000 km across the ocean and a 7 hour time-zone difference away, Prominic just makes it work. Being an IT company ourself with in-house knowledge and infrastructure to run our servers there is no way we could guarantee the same reliability, service and up-time at a lower cost.
Over the past years we relied on Prominic for our IBM Lotus Domino mail and collaboration platform, including Blackberry and Lotus Traveller and for the hosting of all our analytical customer applications. On many occasions their technical support has helped us improve our own processes in key areas.

We are a small company with about 25 BlackBerrys. Because we use Lotus Notes for proprietary applications and email we needed a BES provider with high up-time. The transition from our previous service provider to Prominic was very painless. The reliability has been 100% - no down time. Support is day-time only BUT has been very responsive and no issues have been left unresolved. We've been with them for about 10 months.
