Domino don't have this feature.... finally this application solve my problem!

Crossware Mail Signature has been a great marketing tool for us. With so much of our business being done via email our mail signatures are primarily the face of our comapny. It was so quick and easy to implement and is such a simple yet effective marketing tool. Great for brand awareness!

After trying to figure this out for years, I discovered Crossware on the OpenNTF. We downloaded the trial. We run on IBM i and the instructions weren't clear, but Paul from Crossware helped me through it. Once we installed it and tested, we were very impressed. Made an immediate purchase. Crossware was extremely helpful through the implementation. This works with the Notes Client, iNotes, and Lotus Notes Traveler. Amazing!

Crossware was easy to use right out of the box. We had our signature and sub signatures setup in a short period of time. We did have to use support for one issue and the technician we worked with was excellent. He found our issue and explained in detail what the problem was. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Very easy integration, no fuss no muss, install on a local PC enter the correct server info, you're ready to go! The hardest part of the process is having the final draft of the signature approved :-)
We use Lotus Traveler, it seamlessly integrates the signature to the email to the mobile device... very nice feature.
Great Product! Great Staff!

So simple to install yet so powerful and very configurable for your advanced requirements, all made easier by the backing of a great team @ Crossware.
If you need to get your mail signatures standardised across an organisation this is the product that will do it for you very quickly.
We found the ability to pull in standard information from the Company address book, especially Phone Numbers and Position titles made the whole implementation quick and easy as we already had that information available.
Granular application of policies by the use of standard Domino groups makes applying specific signatures to differing business areas of the Company a very simple process.
The most difficult part of implementation is deciding what you wish to have in your signature!!

I manage a network of over 12,000 users. Our email signatures needs to remain consistent and homogeneous since our business revolves around product branding, so I did some custom coding that accomplished this to a degree, but with many pains and lots of overhead work for the helpdesk.
I thought... there has to be a better solution. Something SERVER based would be an answer to my prayers.
After some research we trialed Crossware Mail Signature and have never looked back. The solution is robust, has minimal impact on the users, NO impact on the servers, and is as flexible as we needed (and more). Customer/Technical support is the BEST in the business. I'd definitely recommend Crossware to ANY business needing a centrally controlled signature - and if you don't THINK you need it.... you really do.

We looked at enhancing our own in-house signature tool to try and meet our requirements. Then we came across CrossWare. It seemed to meet all our needs around branding and compliance and also be flexible. Two months since we implemented and I couldnt be more happy with the decision. Of course there are the usual change management issues in big Corporates when you make even a change to a signature, but as well as meeting our objectives weve delivered a benefit we didnt expect or consider; our employees are going in to our HR systems to update their out of date information so the correct information is on their signature. For the first time, we can now see consistency across all 5000 employee emails.
We've been able to find a great products to fit our business need. What makes us a reference for an organisation is great service and support. CrossWare not only delivered us a product that went above our expectations, they put resources and support in to making it a successful implementation and support us so we can manage it on-going.

We are farmers, we like our apps like we like our our tractors. Reliable, easy to work with and the mechanics handy. So when we found a sig app that allowed us to configure, control and monitor our email signatures that ran on our As400, we were sold.
We have never had a glitch with the software, so it's reliable. We can do multiple configurations to please our brand image as well as our customers. We were a little wary about the support availability due to the time difference between the US and New Zealand. Fortunately, when a question arises, Paul and co are very prompt and efficient with their answers. We give Crossware 2 green thumbs, straight up!

This program is the best, almost a mandatory application for your company. Ease of install and use to have a homogeneous signature for all your users and device types.
As a lotus service company, just show this app in demo to your customers and believe me you have always a deal.

As a manufacturer with well known brands in two markets it's important to support the sales team and ensure that the right branding is applied to outbound emails. Based on the domain of the email recipient the desired brand and marketing information (as well as the usual name and contact details) are automatically added to our emails by Crossware Mail Signature. It was straightforward to setup the rules to make this happen and Mail Signature installed easily and runs reliably on a Linux platform.

I really liked the simplicity of using the Crossware Mail Signature product to get our new email signatures going fast. We wanted to move away from template based signatures, and become more flexible in what our signatures contained, plus allow Group/OU specific signatures. Crossware Mail Signature did this and more. We also intend to include some marketing/sales messages.

We have been using Crossware Mail Signature for ages (guessing since 2004) and have found it reliable, dependable and adds a professional finish to our emails. Without it, we would be all over the place in terms of maintaining a standard email presentation. It's so easy to edit and make changes. I suspect we are vastly under utilising the capability of the Crossware Mail Signature in that we only adding job title, address and phone details. Maybe other users can blog on how they are utilising it so we can get ideas on how we can do even smarter marketing.

Truly, the easiest way to force an email signature requirement onto your users. Why?... because it's flexible enough to fit the needs of each country, location, department, and even user, without giving up on your requirements.
It has also been a plus to our Marketing Department, because they can add on little notes to the Sales Reps emails, without waiting for them to get around to updating their signatures.
