'NSF Quota Monitor' a pour fonction de surveiller la taille des boîtes aux lettres et d'alerter par popup vos utilisateurs en fonction de règles de quota prédéfinies.
'NSF Quota Monitor' utilise soit les quotas systèmes fixés par les administrateurs du serveur Domino, soit des quotas virtuels définis dans l'application elle même. Les quotas virtuels peuvent être appliqués aux utilisateurs en fonction de profils de quota pré-déterminés dans l'application.
'NSF Quota Monitor' extrait aussi des boîtes aux lettres leurs principales caractéristiques (Taille, propriétaire, nombre de documents, nom de modèle, ...)
Les règles sont définies dans l'application et peuvent être indépendantes des quotas systèmes fixés depuis l'interface d'administration de votre serveur Domino en travaillant à partir de quota virtuel fixé globalement ou par utilisateur.
